Become a pivotal leader in Total Rewards at a global scale. In this remote role, you'll enhance compensation and benefits programs, supporting employees across the U.S. and Canada.
As the Total Rewards Manager, you will collaborate closely with the HR Director and leadership teams to implement effective compensation structures, manage benefits programs, and navigate compliance regulations. With 5-6+ years of relevant experience, you will also analyze market trends and risks while influencing critical decisions related to rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
