Opportunity Description
- Our client is a multinational company in the automotive sector located in São Bernardo do Campo.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits for blue-collar, white-collar, and executive populations, ensuring competitive and compliant reward practices across LATAM.
- Lead compensation projects, including salary surveys, benchmarking, job evaluation, and executive compensation studies.
- Oversee job architecture activities such as job creation, modification, reclassification, and salary structure management.
- Monitor labor and wage legislation to ensure full compliance with local and regional regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute annual compensation cycles (merit, promotions, structural adjustments) and develop financial models to assess budget impact.
