Responsibilities
- Administer compensation programs including base, bonus, and equity
- Design reports and tools for HR Business Partners
- Participate in compensation surveys and conduct data analysis
- Identify process and program improvement opportunities
- Support analysis and administration of insurance, wellness, and retirement programs
- Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulations for compliance
- Contribute to special projects such as bonus and equity plan initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant Total Rewards experience
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for working with numbers
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- SuccessFactors experience
