Tool Room Manager

We are looking to add a Tooling Manager located in Guadalajara North, Campus. The role involves managing the Tool Room department and collaborating with customers and internal colleagues on new tool and mold development, process improvement, and maintenance of production molds.

Typical Responsibilities

• Manage new tooling requisitions from prototype or complex designs through mass production.
• Lead improvements, major repairs, and engineering change notices for molds.
• Implement preventive maintenance for production molds.
• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
