**Description:**
You will be the Tool Design Engineer Senior (Level 3) for the Tool Design team. Our team is responsible for designing and developing custom tools and equipment used to manufacture missiles and missile systems.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Tool Design Engineer Senior (Level 3) you will be responsible for creating innovative tooling solutions that enable high‑performance missile production.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Design, develop, and implement industrial tooling and equipment using 3D CAD (Creo).
+ Create detailed technical drawing packages and 3D models for dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and machine attachments.
+ Evaluate safety, accessibility, economy, mobility, and performance requirements during design.
+ Review defective tooling, determine rework solutions, and recommend process improvements.
+ Collaborate with tooling operations, production, program engineers, and fellow designers.
