Job Overview

This role provides program management for the State’s Title IV‑E program; Families First Prevention Services program; Parent Legal Representation, Child Legal Representation and associated Training programs; and consultation for the American Indian Child Well‑Being Initiative.

Location and Work Hours

Location: St. Paul; Work Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Days of Work: Monday - Friday; Full‑Time.

Salary Range

$44.03 - $63.35 per hour ($91,934 - $132,274 annually). Effective July 1, 2026: $44.80 - $64.46 per hour ($93,542 - $134,592 annually).

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and direction of the Title IV‑E program to ensure Minnesota’s compliance with all federal program requirements as the lead state Title IV‑E agency.
