People Operations Analyst

People Operations Analyst will be part of Tipalti's global People Operations team. The role is accountable for ensuring the smooth running of core processes and procedures that are central to the employee experience and the success of the business.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end HR operational and administrative management of all people‑related processes, including employee documentation, maintenance of employee files, system updates, onboarding, local and international movements, offboarding, life‑cycle events, payroll support, benefits administration, reference provision, invoice processing, and support to other HR divisions.
• Act as the first point of contact for all People Operations queries and provide advice and guidance to managers and staff across Tipalti.
• Maintain data integrity in HR payroll systems through timely recording and upkeep of information.
