• Seller Growth & Engagement
  • Plan and operate seller growth programs such as seller education webinars, growth projects, and GTM campaigns.
  • Partner with Category and Operations teams to promote key growth initiatives (e.g. promotions, live streaming, campaigns).
  • Drive seller participation in platform initiatives including live commerce, campaigns, and content programs.
• Content & Communication
  • Own seller-facing content strategy, including email, social channels, community groups, webinars, and campaign communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and align content from a legal, brand, and compliance perspective.
  • Ensure all seller communications are clear, actionable, and aligned with platform positioning.
