A provider of cutting-edge Managed IT Services seeks a strong technical Tier 3 Engineer to provide professional client communication and customer service as you resolve client issues and assist with new user setups. The ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years’ work experience in an IT related field including Firewalls and security devices; Switches and infrastructure & proficiency with Windows Server, Azure, O365, Active Directory, managing Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS.

DUTIES: Maintain professional client communication and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and updated documentation. Develop and maintain your technical knowledge base of clients. Resolve client issues and assist with new user setups. Be a resource to the team in Research and Development.
