The Ticket Agent is accountable for ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating terminal operations, handling reservations and sales, maintaining communication and safety protocols, and providing administrative support. The Ticket Agent contributes to the efficient coordination of ticket receipts and vehicular traffic at the South Baymouth Terminal location and interacts professionally with passengers and their inquiries.
