Qualifications
- Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
- Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Logic Monitor
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms
- Intermediate Experience in TIBCO Suite of Products such as TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO EDI, TIBCO Business Works etc.
- Intermediate experience in troubleshooting technical issues in TIBCO environments.

- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Coordinate with onshore teams and clients for seamless support.
- Monitor ticket queues and prioritize critical issues.
