Therapy Assistant (Whitecourt)

This multisite position is based out of the Whitecourt Community Health Services office, with weekly travel required to the Mayerthorpe Healthcare Centre. As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you will support the delivery of speech-language pathology services within an interdisciplinary team. Under the direction of a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will assist with treatment for preschool, school-age, and adult clients with communication disorders. Duties include preparing materials, carrying out assigned therapy activities, and supporting clinical and non-clinical program needs in alignment with client goals.
