The Therapeutic Specialist is passionate and driven with a strong background in women’s health to spearhead the introduction of our first in class product, dedicated to improving the lives of women through innovative healthcare solutions. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share expansion within the assigned territory, while embodying the cultural pillars of competitiveness, ambition, and accountability. The Specialist will achieve annual sales forecasts and deliver sustainable ROI through implementation of the Astellas strategy, utilizing approved sales and marketing materials while managing appropriate budgets and resources. The position requires solid scientific understanding, clinical acumen, and expert knowledge of Astellas and competitor products.
