The Testing & Commissioning (T&C) is responsible for overseeing the testing, commissioning, and reporting processes for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all systems, equipment, and installations are tested, verified, and commissioned according to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The manager also plays a critical role in preparing detailed reports, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders. Strong technical expertise, leadership, and organizational skills are essential to ensure project success and operational readiness.
