Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Test Lead to support the instantiation of a Test Management Office across multiple testing workstreams within a Canadian wealth/banking program. This is a hands‑on delivery support role reporting into the Test Manager, Delivery and Governance, focused on executing test governance activities including reporting, test data coordination, defect analytics, and knowledge management. The role suits a strong “executor” with solid testing experience looking to grow into Test Management, Scrum Master, or Delivery roles.
