As Test Environment Manager (Program Manager), you will provide strategic leadership and end-to-end accountability for all test environments, defining the overall strategy, ensuring setup and continuous enhancement, and establishing a scalable operating model. You act as the key interface between senior leadership and technical teams. You are accountable for environment stability, scalability, and long-term sustainability , ensuring alignment with program priorities, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines, while driving innovation through AI-enabled automation and efficiency improvements .
