How you will make an impact

• Design and lead comprehensive test plans and procedures for validating test stations and systems.
• Develop, optimize, and debug automated test sequences using MATLAB, NI TestStand, or Python.
• Drive innovation in test station validation through new strategies and tools that improve efficiency and reliability.
• Perform advanced testing and debugging of electrical circuits, Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), and integrated test systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex test station issues and improve system performance.
• Conduct hardware verification activities including functional, performance, and stress testing to validate design compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide test station validation methodologies and best practices.
