At USI Mexico, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team as a Test Engineer within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector. If you are passionate about continuous improvement and process analysis, this opportunity is for you!
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (completed degree)
- +3 years of experience in the electronics industry (EMS) in Test Engineering
- Conversational English
Experience in:
- Functional testing
- ICT / FCT
- Schematic and Gerber interpretation
Responsibilities
- Provide support to production lines
- Lead and manage test technicians
- Oversee maintenance of test equipment
- Manage spare parts and consumables
- Perform data analysis focused on continuous improvement (DT, NDF, yield)
