Test and Validation Engineer – Pratt & Whitney Canada

Location: Mississauga, Ontario. This role is onsite and focuses on developing and validating propulsion systems through engine and component‑level testing in an AS9100 regulated, safety‑critical aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate test readiness and configuration management activities to support development and certification objectives.
• Plan, procure, and support modification, instrumentation, and overall readiness of experimental engine and/or rig hardware.
• Develop build instructions, test procedures, test plans, and technical documentation to support assembly and test of experimental engines.
• Work closely with technicians and cross‑functional teams throughout the engine build and test lifecycle, including troubleshooting and investigation of findings.
