Test and Validation Engineer – Pratt & Whitney Canada
Location: Mississauga, Ontario. This role is onsite and focuses on developing and validating propulsion systems through engine and component‑level testing in an AS9100 regulated, safety‑critical aerospace environment. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate test readiness and configuration management activities to support development and certification objectives. Plan, procure, and support modification, instrumentation, and overall readiness of experimental engine and/or rig hardware. Develop build instructions, test procedures, test plans, and technical documentation to support assembly and test of experimental engines. Work closely with technicians and cross‑functional teams throughout the engine build and test lifecycle, including troubleshooting and investigation of findings. Define problems, document findings, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions through continuous improvement processes. ...
