Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned accounts within a defined territory, primarily consisting of large and mid-sized B2B clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the portfolio
- Ensure contract renewals and guarantee client satisfaction
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities
- Analyze and address clients’ technical, administrative and financial needs
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage follow-up (pipeline)
- Propose additional services that drive revenue growth (cross-selling)
- Present and demonstrate products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve individual and collective objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system
Requirements
- Federal VET Certificate (CFC) in commercial business or equivalent qualification
