Major Duties

: (a) To formulate and organise campus-wide promotional activities, including visits, Information Day, Fun Day, school talks and other ceremonies, etc.; (b) To execute marketing activities on Campus, such as digital marketing campaigns and advertising plans across multiple media; (c) To develop promotional materials, publications, videos, websites and other digital contents; (d) To build and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as other operational units of the Council, school sector, parent groups, NGOs, vendors, contractors and collaborative partners; (e) To coordinate and follow up on procurement and budget-related matters of the marketing activities; (f) To provide administrative support in marketing, public relations, alumni relations, corporate communication, media affairs, publishing; and (g) To serve as secretary in boards and committees.
