Term Lecturer (Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering)(O/DISC-ENG/TERM_L(BSE/EE)/07/26)

Major Duties

(a) in the areas of Testing and Commissioning, Building Information Modelling, Piped Services and Fire Services Design, Sustainable Built Environment and HVACR Systems, Building Services Drawing, Construction Technology and Management, Electrical Installations, and other engineering subjects. Requirements: (a) A relevant recognised degree in Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; (b) At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; (c) Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and (d) A good team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
