Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers to explain ongoing schemes and promotional offers. Inform customers about new jewellery saving schemes, discounts, and special events. Maintain a daily calling record and update customer responses in the database. Convince customers to visit the showroom or enroll in company schemes. Follow up with interested customers regularly. Handle basic customer queries regarding schemes and offers. Coordinate with the showroom sales team for customer appointments and visits. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by management. Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of sales and customer service. Ability to speak local languages (Tamil / Malayalam / English preferred depending on location). Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM). Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
