Job Description

As a Technology Support III in Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, high availability and scalability of critical CIB Digital Enablement production applications, with a particular focus on robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will drive best practices, foster cross‑functional collaboration, and champion continuous improvement in production management processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Critical thinking while overseeing day‑to‑day maintenance of the firm's systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
