Collaborating closely with the Director of Operations, your responsibilities include maintaining IT operations, supporting students and faculty, and integrating technology into the classroom. Your experience in tech troubleshooting will be essential in promoting a positive user experience across our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• Provide first and second-line support in cross-platform environments
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Assist with integrating technology into teaching and learning
