Technology /Business Systems Analyst – SQL & Enterprise Applications

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Technology /Business Systems Analyst – SQL & Enterprise Applications for their Detroit, MI/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements

+ Support bug remediation and enhancement delivery

+ Query Oracle and SQL Server databases for analysis, validation, and issue investigation

+ Create and manage stories, defects, and tasks in JIRA

+ Support testing coordination and traceability in qTest

+ Partner with QA, developers, SaaS admins, and business teams on UAT and release readiness

+ Help translate business needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria

+ Support governance, documentation, and release-related activities
