Technical Team Leader

We are looking for an Endpoint & Workplace Services Team Lead to join a challenging project in the Infrastructure and Workplace Services area based in Lisbon. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in endpoint management, security, and technical team leadership, capable of driving operational excellence and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the End User Computing (EUC) and Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) teams, fostering both technical and professional growth.
• Manage workload distribution, performance, on-call rotations, and career development within the team.
• Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex issues related to endpoints, collaboration platforms, security, and application deployments.
