Opportunity Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Trainee for a 3‑month project with the potential to join a high‑impact team responsible for designing, building, and evolving a customer‑facing application.
The trainee will support the monitoring, investigation, and resolution of technical issues reported by clients or internal teams, focusing on incident handling, hands‑on troubleshooting, data analysis, pattern identification across cases, and timely escalation to the appropriate teams. The trainee works closely with senior support engineers and operations teams to ensure issues are accurately diagnosed, documented, and resolved.
Requirements
