In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology and users, providing training and hands-on support for our cutting-edge underwater sensors. Your responsibilities will include traveling to customer sites, processing data into useful formats, and gathering feedback to drive product improvements. This position is ideal for a candidate passionate about technology and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging training sessions for customers
• Represent Voyis onsite for training and support
• Convert datasets into clear 3D outputs and reports
• Keep track of project timelines and communication
• Assist with support requests and issue resolution
