Opportunity Description
General summary
As an active member of the BRP-Juarez 1 Management team, you will be responsible of the function of Maintenance and RAM.
Experience and education
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronic, manufacturing, electrical career.
A minimum of 10 years in maquiladora and/or automotive industry.
Knowledge, skills and certifications
Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role.
Experience in planning maintenance operations.
Solid understanding of technical aspects as pneumatics, hydraulic, electronics, mechanics, control and electrical systems etc.
Working knowledge on manufacturing and test equipment.
Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of Mexican and international standards as NOM, OSHAS, ISO-9001, ANSI, Risk management and change management.
Strong knowledge in Project Management...
