Technical Service Rep

Manage customer complaints, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver actionable feedback to the product development team. Represent the organization at polymer industry conferences, plastics trade shows, and technical seminars. Deliver engaging presentations, webinars, and contribute to industry publications. Maintain accurate reports, including call reports, project updates, and monthly activity summaries.
