PRINCIPAL FOCUS:

Under the direction of Management, a Technical Sales Specialist – Mandarin and Cantonese Speaking, is responsible for providing expert consultation and complete solutions to address customer needs. This position will play a key role in serving and supporting Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers, providing technicalconsultationand building long-term client relationships within that community. You will also participate in customer events, ie. educational seminars, product overviews, and technical training sessions.

Core Responsibilities

1. Photo and Video Sales & Customer Consultation

• Provide expert consultation to professional and aspiring video creators, including filmmakers, videographers, content creators, broadcasters, and corporate media teams.
