Our client, a Ev Manufacturing company, is looking for a Technical Recruiter for their Sacramento, CA/Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment: Own intern and early career hiring for engineering, software, and technical roles—sourcing through offer. Lead high-volume recruitment during peak seasons with speed, accuracy, and business alignment.
+ Sourcing & Engagement: Identify high-potential talent through campus partnerships, sourcing platforms, online technical communities, and direct outreach. Represent the company at university events, career fairs, tech talks, and conferences.
+ Candidate Evaluation & Experience: Conduct technical screens and behavioral interviews; ensure a smooth and informative experience for every candidate. Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to align on evaluation criteria.
