Technical Proposals Lead – Construction & BIM Specialist

Tiong Seng Contractors (Pte) Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Diploma-holding Draughtsman with AutoCAD experience to support the design and submission process for steel structural, architectural and RC works.

You will prepare technical proposals and submissions for consultants and for authorities such as LTA, SBST and BCA in relation to underground pedestrian linkages and the underpass to China Square, while maintaining BIM360 records for drawings and approvals.
