Technical Program Manager

MANTECH Seeks a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to support the primary technical execution and optimization of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) transition from legacy databases to the Program and Project Management Information System (PROMIS)—commonly known as P2. This is a mission-critical enterprise IT platform used by the USACE to plan, automate, execute, and report across its global portfolio of civil works and military construction projects.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ **Cloud & Hybrid Architecture Integration:** Manage temporary hybrid connection strategies (such as DBLink) alongside modern cloud orchestration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to bridge legacy interfaces with modern cloud environments like Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
