Summary
Bell is seeking an innovative and driven Technical Product Manager II to join our team and champion the development of the AI components of the Virtual Repair (VR) product. Virtual Repair is a cutting‑edge, AI‑driven application that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs), large data sets and advanced tooling to diagnose and resolve customer issues in real-time. In this role, you will own multiple streams of the product such as technical advancements, expansion of use‑cases, and integrations into new systems. You will partner closely with Data Science, ML Engineering, and Field Services teams to deliver the market‑leading diagnostic tool that transforms the technical support experience.
