The tasks of the function include: Responsibilities Field Trials and Agronomic Research Coordinate field trials of new products in partnership with research institutes. Prepare detailed technical reports and discuss results with the Agronomy Department. Facilitate the exchange of technical information and research findings with headquarters and other branches. Product Development and Innovation Present and validate new product concepts with selected customers. Support the development of new projects and identify business opportunities in the Brazilian market.
