Job Description

The Technical Manager of Core Technology Services is a pivotal leadership role reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems within Enterprise Applications. The incumbent is responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle of the University’s Oracle PeopleSoft and cloud-enabled platforms, translating needs into actionable roadmaps, complex execution schedules, and expert technical designs. The role ensures product implementations and large‑scale upgrades are delivered with technical alignment and minimal risk to the university community. It synchronizes internal developers, IST peers, and external global managed service providers into a unified technical delivery unit, enforces development protocols, maintains technical documentation, and oversees the full development lifecycle through to production support.
