Job Summary

As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of end user tools ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction. You will work in a hybrid remote model focusing on optimizing Windows environments and networking solutions. Your expertise in Nexthink and desktop support will be crucial in enhancing productivity and efficiency. This role is for location -Mexico-Santiago and -Mexico-Monterrey

Responsibilities

• Provide Install, Move, Add, Change, lMAC, Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
• Where required provide support for the Manufacturing Shop-Floor handhelds, laptops and scanner devices.
• Perform data collection preservation activities as they relate to migrations and or eDiscovery.
• Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image aka eCore.
