Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview

Under the general supervision of the Charge Sonographer, Manager, Director or designate in the Diagnostic Services portfolio, the Clinical Instructor is responsible for supervising the students of the Red River College Polytech, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Program. The Clinical Instructor will also liaise with other accredited college related programs and functions as an independent, self-directed professional in the delivery of direct patient care. The incumbent maintains a safe environment in accordance with professional and provincial guidelines and ensures compliance with quality assurance programs.
