About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Enablement Lead to build and scale onboarding, training, and certification programs for our Agent Reliability Engineering team. This role combines technical troubleshooting, coaching, knowledge management, and AI enablement to help support engineers deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs.
Conduct workshops on React, Next.js, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, APIs, databases, cloud systems, and AI workflows.
Coach engineers through ticket reviews, quality audits, and troubleshooting best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert during escalations and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and technical documentation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Training, or Learning & Development.
