In this role, you will support the UX Optimization team in transforming legacy files and ensuring product quality. You'll build interactive questionnaires, assist with product launches, and improve existing solutions. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will enhance our customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Migrate old files into new platforms
• Develop interactive questionnaires for legal documentation
• Assist in product updates and launches
• Conduct peer reviews for consistency
• Collaborate with different departments for effective products
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in tech or communications
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
