Technical Director – Civil Engineering Conveyance/Site Servicing (Water Business)

Position located in the Ontario Engineering Design Organization within GHD's Water Business. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days a week at one of GHD’s GTA offices (Waterloo, Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, or Whitby).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for civil engineering teams on major projects in linear water and water/wastewater treatment, collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Support the Water Business group’s business development efforts, working with market leads to grow the water practice within Canada.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the civil engineering staff.
• Assume project roles such as Design Manager, Project Manager, Project Civil Discipline Lead, or Project Quality Manager.
