Opportunity Description
Worldpay seeks a seasoned technical support professional to provide accurate, timely information and assistance about our product and services. You will respond to client inquiries, assess needs, and propose solutions while researching new approaches to resolve issues.
You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client problems within SLAs, communicate progress, and help clients understand system changes, while identifying opportunities to promote additional Worldpay offerings.
