About the Opportunity

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to analyse business requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of fit-for-purpose technology solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery while ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities across a large-scale transformation program.

Gather, analyse, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions.

Develop user stories, process maps, workflow documentation, and business analysis artefacts.

Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and implementation.
