Technical Analyst- Licensing Advisor

The Role

Accurate is on the hunt for a Licensing Advisor to join our Client Services team. This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Edmonton office. The person we envision for this role has an exceptional eye for detail, a genuine interest in software licensing and cloud platforms, and a knack for turning complex licensing questions into clear, confident answers.

You will work closely with Account Managers, the Procurement Advisor, and Centralized Services to ensure clients’ licensing environments are accurate, optimized, and always one step ahead. From monthly audits and license changes to proactive renewals and vendor management, you’ll be the expert our team and clients rely on.

• Own and execute recurring client licensing audits including monthly billable user reviews, M365 tenant audits, and invoice validation to ensure billing accuracy...
