In this role you will:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements, fixes, reporting needs, and operational improvements.Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.Work with structured data including database tables, CSV files, reporting views, stored procedures, extracts, and reconciliation outputs.Validate reports and system outputs against source data, business rules, and stakeholder expectations.Perform data mapping, data profiling, variance analysis, and reconciliation between systems.Analyze application workflows, data structures, business rules, interfaces, and downstream dependencies.Work with business users to understand issues, process gaps, and enhancement opportunities.Partner with developers, QA teams, vendors, and infrastructure teams to ensure requirements are properly understood...
