Technical Account Specialist
Responsible for acting as the main technical reference for clients within a specialized support contract, with a strong focus on Cisco networking and security.
Responsibilities
- Manage the account technically: understand the client architecture, operational criticality, inventory, interdependencies, and risks, aligning technical recommendations with business and contract needs.
- Provide technical relationship and advisory: act as the primary technical point of contact, build trust, translate complex topics into clear language, and participate in committees, follow‑up meetings, and service reviews.
