Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and expand an existing customer base through regular engagement and exceptional service.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
Maintain a structured customer visit schedule, including regular visits to both existing and prospective clients.
Conduct bi-weekly chemical tank testing at customer sites.
Drive business development initiatives within existing accounts while actively pursuing new customers.
Develop a thorough understanding of the company's chemical and powder coating product range to become a trusted technical advisor.
Follow established sales processes and methodologies to achieve sales objectives.
Capture all customer interactions and activities accurately within the CRM system after each visit.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports accurately and within required deadlines.
